Badger Self Storage has a lien on all personal property stored in a leased rental unit for rent and other related charges. (Wis. Stat. § 704.90(3)(a)) We have the right to sell this personal property in the event that a tenant defaults or abandons the unit. (Wis. Stat. § 704.90(3)(b))
