Property Manager - Part Time
We have a part time position available for a property manager. A good candidate: has a positive attitude, is a clear communicator, is self motivated, is honest, is reliable and has some sales experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: Past sales or property management experience is preferred, although we will consider any candidate who possesses the characteristics listed above and who has a clean employment record.

JOB SUMMARY: The Property Manager is responsible for helping with several different facets of business, including: Marketing, Accounting, Maintenance and Administration. This position pays $10.00 per hour.

Specific Responsibilities Include:
-Scheduling appointments to give Prospective Tenants a tour of the facility
-Signing leases
-Taking phone calls
-Maintaining accurate, detailed customer files
-Writing or designing ads or signs
-Run reports on TaskMaster property management software
-Make daily bank deposits
-Sell merchandise and storage accessories to customers
-Order office supplies
-Contact contractors and coordinate their work
-Purchase inventory from vendors
-Call tenants if they don't pay their rent
-Perform a periodic site inspection and keep the grounds clean and trash-free (must be able to lift 30 lbs.)
-Inspect and if necessary sweep, clean or paint vacant units
-Clean the office, bathroom, and windows regularly
-Send letters or invoices to customers
-Run a lien sale
-Give proper notice to tenants in default and to newspapers
-Explain pertinent points of a lease to a tenant
-Any other tasks or projects as assigned by Management
