To lease a unit, you will need:

1. Two forms of ID
   a. A driver's license or state issued photo ID card, and
   b. A credit card or another official form of ID

AND

2. A credit card to complete an AutoBill form or a security deposit
   a. You will need to complete an AutoBill form using a current credit card. An AutoBill form gives Badger Self Storage permission to charge your credit card each month, or
   b. If you choose not to sign up for AutoBill, you will need to make a security deposit

Bank card and debit card users are welcome to signup for AutoBill, however, the security deposit requirement is only waived for credit card users who have signed up for AutoBill.
